We are working with a respected manufacturer based in Hereford for a Training Administrator on a temporary basis. You will play a key part in maintaining training standards, driving accuracy, and supporting wider administrative needs across the site.

What you can expect:

• £15.33 per hour
• Full time, office-based role on a temporary basis
• 8.30am – 4.30pm (Monday – Friday) with a 30minute unpaid lunch break
• A busy, varied workload requiring strong organisation and follow-up skills
• Opportunities to contribute to wider training and development initiatives across the site

What you will be doing:

• Booking all plant training courses, including raising POs, issuing confirmations, tracking attendance, and filing certificates
• Working closely with Managers and HR to identify training needs across the plant
• Owning and maintaining training spreadsheets and the training matrix to ensure 100% accuracy
• Ensuring compliance for mandatory training
• Processing and checking all training attendance for correct payment
• Maintaining clear and organised filing systems for training documentation
• Collecting training-related paperwork from the gatehouse and ensuring timely action for the HSE team
• Supporting HR and Compliance teams on wider training and development requirements
• Providing administrative support to the wider teams as required

• High level of computer literacy, accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident holding people to account and ensuring deadlines are met
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Proactive, structured, and reliable with strong documentation habits
• Experience within a similar training, HR, or compliance-based administrative role (desirable)
