With over two decades of experience in the recruitment sector, Dawn leads the way with her outstanding ability to match clients to candidates. A trusted partner for her clients, Dawn is consultative in her approach to ensure each hire is long-lasting and effective.
Rachael Andrews
Operations and Finance Director
After joining in 2015 to support on the temporary desk, Rachael quickly moved to the permanent desk and as of May 2021, we are delighted to announce her appointment as Director at Recruitment Direct. She will continue running, ably assisted by Clare, our successful and growing permanent desk alongside fellow Director Dawn.
Clare Croose
Account Manager
After relocating back to her Herefordshire roots after 10 years working in the South East, Clare joined our temp desk team in March 2021 before moving across to the permanent desk in April 2023. Clare’s previous experience in Resort Operations and Hospitality offers an exciting opportunity for her to assist and strengthen the service provision to both our clients and candidates alike on the permanent desk.
Donna Williams
Recruitment Consultant, Temp
With a wealth of HR experience across manufacturing, retail, and care, Donna’s experience in managing people and processes makes her perfectly placed to step into agency recruitment and support the busy world of temporary placements.
Making the switch to agency in June 2025, she has quickly become an integral part of our temporary desk. Donna’s role is centred around organising and supporting temporary placements, ensuring compliance at every stage, and helping to drive the continued growth of the temp desk.
Claire Plowman
Recruitment Consultant, Temp
Claire is a familiar face at Recruitment Direct, having previously been a Director from 2007 until 2021. We welcomed her back in April 2024 to the temporary desk on a part time basis, providing recruitment expertise whilst running the payroll and credit control function.
Sophie Dawes
Recruitment Administrator, Temp
A recent graduate in Aviation Management, Sophie joins the team for Summer 2026. With a background in customer service and operations, her primary role is to support the temp desk with sourcing, screening, and placing temporary workers. Alongside this, she assists with the company’s marketing and social media activity, bringing creativity and fresh ideas to the team’s online presence.
