With over two decades of experience in the recruitment sector, Dawn leads the way with her outstanding ability to match clients to candidates. A trusted partner for her clients, Dawn is consultative in her approach to ensure each hire is long-lasting and effective.

After joining in 2015, Rachael has been working on the permanent desk for the last 6 years. As of May 2021, we are delighted to announce her appointment as Associate Director at Recruitment Direct. She will continue running, ably assisted by Clare, our successful and growing permanent desk alongside fellow Director Dawn.

Mandy has been an integral part of Recruitment Direct since 2007 and has continuously strived and succeeded in building strong relationships with clients and candidates. As of January 2024,Mandy’s new position will focus on the payroll and credit control function.

Relocated back to her Herefordshire roots after 10 years working in the South East, Clare joined ourtemp desk team in March 2021 before moving across to the permanent desk in April 2023. Clare’s previous experience in Resort Operations and Hospitality offers an exciting opportunity for her to assist and strengthen the service provision to both our clients and candidates alike on the permanent desk.

Joining us in December 2023,Daniela’s previous experience at Ambrey, managing their recruitment and training desk within the operations teams, gives her the exact experience required to run and expand our busy temp desk. Attuned to a pressurised environment fulfilling urgent and ever changing request at very short notice, Daniela will no doubt prove to be an asset to Recruitment Direct.
