We are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join our central Hereford client. Following an interview process, this role will be an immediate start, on a full time, temporary basis for approx. 6-12 weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop an existing skillset within a fast-paced environment.

What you can expect:

• Immediate start
• Temporary (expected 6-12 weeks)
• Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
• £14.70 - £14.80ph, depending on experience

What you will be doing:

• Expediting orders
• Chasing suppliers and delivery dates via phone and email
• Working on Excel reports inputting data relating to purchase orders, invoices, and stock
• Office filing, collating documents, scanning, photocopying etc

What we are looking for:

• Experienced in general administration
• IT literate - MS Office conversant with SAP knowledge being beneficial
• Flexible approach to work
• Quick learner
• Willing to take direction
