We’re looking for a Technical Sales Support Administrator to join our Ledbury-based client on a full-time, permanent basis.

Thisis a fantastic opportunity for someone with administrative experience, ideallygained within a technical environment, to contribute their customer-focusedmindset, analytical approach, and eye for accuracy to a fast-paced and growinglocal business.

What you can expect:

• Salary: c£26,500 per annum
• 36.5 hour working week - 8:30am – 5pm, with a 4pm finish on a Friday

What you will be doing:

• Prepare and deliver quotations to technical specification
• Utilise the internal CRM system and technical spreadsheets for accurate pricing
• Handle commercial, technical and logistical customer enquiries
• Work closely as part of a small team of sales administrators
• Provide proactive support to the external sales team of circa 6
• Maintain CRM best practices, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
• Support across departments, including operational and general office administration
• Carry out tasks delegated by your Supervisor

What we are looking for:

• Prior administration with a technical sales function, preferred
• IT literacy including MS Excel and CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
• Customer focused
• Good attention to detail with a data driven mindset
• Confident in working with internal and external sales colleagues
