We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected business based in Southwest Chester for a Sales Planning Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and analytical individual who enjoys working with data, building strong working relationships, and supporting business operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer demand, production planning, and stock availability are effectively aligned.

 What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate sales planning activities to support customer demand and production schedules
• Maintain accurate sales and planning information within company systems and databases
• Work closely with commercial, production, and supply chain teams to support order management and product availability
• Analyse sales data to assist with forecasting and planning decisions
• Communicate planning updates with internal departments and key stakeholders
• Generate sales invoices and export documentation
• Produce health certificates
• Ensure accurate reporting and effective coordination across the business

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience within sales planning, demand planning, supply chain, or production planning
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple departments
• Commercial awareness within the food, agriculture, or poultry sector would be advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving
