We’re looking for a Sales and Telemarketing Administrator to join our Ledbury-based client on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administrative experience, ideally gained within a technical environment, to contribute their customer-focused mindset, analytical approach, and eye for accuracy to a fast-paced and growing local business.

What you can expect:

• Salary: £26,500 per annum
• 36.5 hour working week: 8:30am – 5pm, with a 4pm finish on a Friday

What you will be doing:

• Prepare and deliver offers and quotations to technical specification
• Handle commercial, technical and logistical customer enquiries
• Utilise and maintain the internal CRM system and technical spreadsheets for accurate pricing
• Arrange sales appointments for external sales team (team of 6) to develop leads 
• Following up on quotes by contacting customers via phone and email
• Work closely as part of a small team of sales administrators and supporting the telemarketing function
• Research project data using internal platforms
• Significant input in content and media design and optimisation
• Support across departments, including operational and general office administration
• Carry out tasks delegated by your Supervisor

What we are looking for:

• Prior administration with a technical sales function, preferred
• IT literacy including MS Excel and CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
• Customer focused
• Excellent communication skills
• Good attention to detail with a data driven mindset
• Confident in working with internal and external sales colleagues
