We're looking for an organised, detail-focused Quality Coordinator to join the production team. Working closely with the Quality Manager, you'll keep production data accurate and reliable, look after quality and ISO records, and help production run smoothly. It's a great role for someone inquisitive who loves getting the numbers right and wants to learn and develop.

What you can expect:

• Salary: £28,000 to £30,000, depending on experience
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, with flexibility needed
• Location: South Herefordshire
• The chance to develop with the support of the Quality Manager
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

What you will be doing:

• Keep production reports up to date and create new reports as needed
• Administer quality control and ISO records, including the internal audit schedule, CAPA (corrective and preventive action) log and site ISO activity log
• Support the Quality Manager with monthly internal reports and the twice-yearly ISO audits
• Take part in quality control checks and ISO internal audits
• Help managers gather production data and produce reports
• Investigate variances and anomalies, and suggest ways to make systems more accurate
• Support the wider production office team

What we are looking for:

• Excellent organisational, administrative, communication, and inter-personal skills
• Prior administration experience within a quality department is desirable
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong numeracy and a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent organisation, communication and multitasking skills
• A logical, inquisitive mindset and the initiative to question anomalies
• A self-motivated team player who meets deadline
• Experience of Power Automate and Forms (advantageous)
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP(advantageous)
• Experience with Power BI reporting (advantageous)
• Experience with desktop publishing software (advantageous)
