We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our rural, Leominster client within their procurement team on a full-time, temporary basis.

What you can expect:

• Pay rate: up to £13 per hour
• 39 hour working week, Monday to Friday (4pm finish on a Friday)
• Part time hours will be considered (minimum 24 hours)
• Temporary assignment – approx. 3months
• Immediate start

What you will be doing:

• Monitor the incoming group emails for Purchasing Department in Microsoft Outlook, to analyse and, action or forward to the relevant area of the department
• Conversion of purchase requisitions to PO in SAP
• Purchase order amendments
• Attaching delivery notes, order confirmations, customs declarations and certificates of analysis to purchase orders in SAP
• Receipting-in of non-stock purchase orders in SAP
• Running outstanding purchase order reports for stock and non-stock purchase orders
• Distributing certificates of analysis and delivery paperwork
• Placing of stationery and PPE purchase orders in SAP
• Collection and distribution of the internal and external post and scanning of documents

What we are looking for:

• Excellent administrative skills and good attention to detail
• Previous purchasing/procurement experience preferred, but not essential
• Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, ideally SAP familiarity
• Need to be organised with effective communication skills
• Ability to set and adhere to high customer service standards
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
