We are seeking a full time Production Operative to join our rural Herefordshire based client on a temp to perm basis.

What you can expect:

• Starting rate of pay £13.10 per hour
• Full time work, Monday to Friday 
• Shifts include days or rotating AM/PM 
• Weekly pay
• TEMP TO PERM POSITION
• No weekends or night shifts

What you will be doing:

• Manual labour
• Accurately measuring and mixing of raw materials
• Set up and operate machinery, monitor output
• Perform and record, weight, consistency and temperature checks
• Follow strict operating procedures and good manufacturing practices
• Complete accurate reporting of material usage, batch outputs, and equipment checks
• This is a physical role and some heavy lifting is required

What we are looking for:

• Previous production/factory or warehouse work is an advantage
• Able to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Good attention to detail is paramount
• Capable of working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
• Available to work full time Monday to Friday
• Ability to fill out paperwork and to understand health & safety regulations
• You MUST be in a commutable distance from HR4
• Due to the location of work own transport is essential
