FULL TIME – WEEKLY PAY – TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITIES

We are recruiting for two fantastic production roles within established manufacturing environments. Whether you have strong attention to detail or machine experience, both positions offer training and long-term potential.

ROLE 1 - Textile Quality Control Assistant – Herefordshire:

What you can expect:

• £13.45 per hour
• Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30 (37.5 hrs)
• High-end production environment
• Temp with potential to go permanent for successful candidates

What you will be doing:

• Inspecting woven products for imperfections and carrying out necessary repairs by hand
• Working closely with the quality control team to ensure high production standards
• Supporting production and workshop teams with various tasks as needed
• Assisting with manual movements and measurement of products
• Maintaining accuracy in all quality checks and repairs

ROLE 2 - Embroidery Machine Operator – South Shropshire:

What you can expect:

• £13 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts (40 hrs):
• Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
• Week 2: 14:00 – 22:30 (20:00 finish Friday)
• Regular overtime/Saturdays during busy periods
• Temp with potential to go permanent for successful candidates

What you will be doing:

• Operating industrial electronic embroidery machines (training provided)
• Quality control and ensuring all products conform to standards
• Oversee efficiency and standards to a wide range of goods and companies
• Maintenance and cleaning of machinery

What we are looking for (both roles):

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Reliable and adaptable with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently when required

Textile Quality Control Assistant (additional requirements):

• Good eyesight is essential
• High level of precision and dexterity for detailed hand repairs
• Comfortable with manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving items

Embroidery Machine Operator (additional requirements):

• Machine operation experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
• Basic computer skills are essential
• Availability to complete all shifts including Saturday’s during busier periods
