We are working with our north Herefordshire client, seeking a Production Operative to join them on a full time, temp to perm basis. This is an ideal role for a candidate with a background in carpentry, joinery, or timber frame assembly to join a forward-thinking and expanding company during a period of continued growth.

What you can expect:

• Pay rate: £12.71ph - £14ph, depending on experience
• 8am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday (30-minute unpaid break), 40 hours per week

What we are looking for:

• Assemble and manufacture timber frames in a fast-paced environment
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Follow technical drawings and adhere to quality control processes
• Meet production targets while maintaining high safety standards
• Ensure raw materials stored outside are properly covered
• Support scheduling and workshop preparation
• Keep workspaces clean and organised

What we are looking for:

• Experience in carpentry, joinery, or timber assembly (preferred but not essential)
• Team player with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• H&S awareness
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
• Forklift or sideloader experience (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to reliably commute to Leominster
• Full right to work in the UK
