We are looking for a Factory Operative to join our rural Herefordshire/Powys border client. This is a hands-on role where you'll operate machinery within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, with full training provided. What you can expect:

• £29,374.80 per annum, rising to £30,030 per annum
• Shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off rotating days and nights
• Hours: 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)

What you will be doing:

• Operate complex machinery across production lines, ensuring targets are met safely and efficiently
• Monitor online data systems to uphold production quality standards
• Troubleshoot machine-related issues using problem-solving skills to minimise downtime
• Complete daily routines, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate documentation 

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in manufacturing
• Food or drink industry experience preferred but not essential
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills in English
• A proactive attitude
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
