We are looking for Process Operators to support operations within a busy heavy industrial manufacturing facility in central Hereford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leader and contribute to precision production for global markets.

• £13.17 plus shift allowance £1.787 for days shifts and £2.98 for night shifts
• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday to Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts/ 37.5 hour week
• 3-shift rotating pattern 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00

What you will be doing:

• Operating machinery including lathes, grinders, saws, drills, and handheld tools
• Using measuring equipment such as gauges, tape measures, and rulers
• Setting up and adjusting machines in line with production requirements
• Ensuring quality control through accurate measurement and inspection
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
• Adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards across all shifts

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment (essential)
• Competence in using machinery or tools in a workshop or plant setting
• Comfortable working on a 3-shift rotating pattern (including nights)
• Strong attention to detail with basic numeracy and English communication skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards
• Positive team player who can use initiative when required
• Willingness to learn—full training will be provided
