We’re on the lookout for a Printer to join our Ludlow based client on a night shift. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be operating a printing press, helping deliver top-quality production, and playing an essential part in keeping operations running smoothly.

What You Can Expect:

• £15.81 per hour (inc shift allowance) increasing to £16.88 per hour after 1^st April 2026
• Overtime pay
• Sunday to Thursday (10pm – 6am with a 30minute paid break)
• Saturday working required during busier periods
• Structured training program to equip you with necessary skills
• Additional hours required during busy periods for increased earnings
• Must be available to do an initial training period of 6-8 weeks on a rotating shift pattern (6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10:30pm, 8pm on Friday)

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operating a variety of printing presses, including screen printing and digital printing, with meticulous attention to detail
• Setting up and calibrating printing equipment to ensure optimal quality and consistency
• Monitoring printing processes and making necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality output
• Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets
• Packaging finished items meticulously, ensuring proper protection for dispatch
• Assisting in quality control by inspecting printed materials for any defects or imperfections
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to enhance efficiency and safety
