A busy, thriving manufacturing company in South Shropshire is looking for Printers to produce its ever-increasing product range for its fabulous client base.

An opportunity has arisen, to work right now due to continued growth and increased business confidence through 2025 and be part of the team.

What you can expect:

• £12.65 per hour to start with – that will start with weekly pay so an immediate start in late September early October
• A vibrant working environment where there are various job opportunities within the business
• Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift pattern (Week 1: 6am–2pm & Week 2: 2pm–10:30pm finishing earlier on a Friday)
• Opportunity to earn overtime at preferential higher rate
• Temporary position will develop into a permanent role after successful 12 weeks upon agreement

What you will be doing:

• Operating a variety of printing presses, including screen printing and digital printing, with meticulous attention to detail
• Setting up and calibrating printing equipment to ensure optimal quality and consistency
• Monitoring printing processes and making necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality output
• Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets
• Packaging finished items meticulously, ensuring proper protection for dispatch
• Assisting in quality control by inspecting printed materials for any defects or imperfections
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to enhance efficiency and safety
• Working with printing machinery – traditional and new to achieve the goals of the business provided with support & training, shadowing experienced staff
