An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on and detail-focused individual to join a small and dedicated team of Machine Operators, based in south Hereford. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with existing experience of working within a manufacturing environment.

What you can expect:

• Salary: £29,000 per annum
• Working hours: Monday to Friday: 7am – 4pm/8am – 5pm

What you will be doing:

• Packaging products into boxes ready for dispatch, ensuring items are labelled correctly
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Setting up Production machinery, following standard operating procedures
• Preparing, loading and threading machines with appropriate colours and materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines, including monitoring and basic trouble shooting
• Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency, addressing any issues or defects promptly 

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment, the ideal candidate will have embroidery experience
• Positive can-do attitude and with ability to take instruction
• Accuracy and attention to detail with good dexterity
• Good communication skills
