Our Rotherwas based client requires a Line Operative to join their busy team on a temporary, adhoc basis.

What you can expect:

• Hourly rate: £13.31
• 12-hour shift pattern, one week of DAYS (6am-6pm) & one week of NIGHTS (6pm-6am)  
• No weekends
• Adhoc shift availability
• Hereford location with onsite parking

What you will be doing:

• Prepare and load the correct materials onto the line
• Safely and correctly start up and shut down lines, identifying and reporting any faults
• Conduct product quality checks and provide first sign-off
• Troubleshoot and correct issues when product quality standards are not met
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and carry out daily safety check sheets
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working in a production role is beneficial
• Manufacturing experience is required
• Must demonstrate accuracy in all aspects of work
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and demanding environment
