Our client, a leading name in the fresh produce industry, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their growing team. What you can expect:

• Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Annual leave: 33 days (including bank holidays)

What you will be doing:

• Manage and prioritise helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of all IT support requests
• Deliver clear, friendly, and easy-to-understand support to users via email, phone, remote access, or in person
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to automate or streamline manual processes, working closely with the wider IT team to implement solutions
• Maintain and improve IT documentation, training materials, and user guides to empower colleagues and promote self-service
• Accurately triage and escalate issues to internal IT specialists or external partners where necessary
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external IT service providers
• Keep detailed and accurate records of issues, resolutions, and system changes within the helpdesk system
• Support wider IT operations including systems administration and supplier contract management
