Our rapidly growing Hereford based client is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You'll manage customer enquiries from quotation through to sale, proactively follow up leads, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, and build lasting customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with a commercial mindset, you'll be confident in converting opportunities into sales while providing exceptional support throughout the customer journey.

What you can expect:

• Salary: Starting from £30’000 upwards, depending on experience
• Commission structure available after completion of probationary period

• Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday- Friday (30minutes for lunch)

What you will be doing:

• Providing excellent regional customer service, taking ownership to resolve issues effectively
• Offering support to external/internal sales reps with quoting and administration
• Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships
• Customer interaction with proactive quotation follow-ups and order processing
• Working with the sales team, in pipeline management, to ensure all opportunities are being followed through
• Some responsibility will involve taking in-bound calls/enquiries and actioning as necessary

What we are looking for:

• Prior administration experience within a sales environment
• Experience of working with ERP systems and CRM sales tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within the sales team
• Ability to work within a small but driven team
