We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our rural, Leominster client within their sales team on a full time, permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to provide support to Area Sales Managers and assist with all customer enquiries.

This is an ideal role for a recent school leaver, and/or someone looking to gain experience within an office environment whilst joining an established and supportive team.

What you will be doing:

• Handling and pricing sales enquiries using CRM and liaising with ASM’s
• Provide excellent levels of customer service
• Stock checks on SAP and liaising with planning to provide accurate delivery dates for stocked and non-stocked items
• Process and check all orders for your area
• Help meet daily budgets for own geographical area
• Communicating accurately with transport in getting the order on time and in full
• Process complaints, return and credit requests efficiently
• Confirm quotations in writing via CRM and updating CRM when required
• Rectify loading, administration and any other issues that may occur

What we are looking for:

• Previous administration experience is essential
• Strong customer services skills
• Commercially minded, able to understand and meet customer needs whilst being aware of the wider business implications
• IT literate, ideally CRM experience
• Numerate, comfortable working with figures
• Highly organised, demonstrates high accuracy and attention to detail
