Our Hereford based client ideally requires a Production Operative with a Forklift licence to join them on a full-time temporary basis, starting with a 7.30am to 4pm shift pattern, Monday to Friday.

What you can expect:

• Pay: £13.20 an hour
• Starting Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4pm, the shift pattern will then change to a 2-week rotating shift pattern (6am-2pm Monday to Friday, 2pm –12am Monday to Thursday)

• 12 weeks temporary for approximately 12 weeks whereupon after a successful period of work, progression with agreement to a permanent* position

What we are looking for

• Ideally have a counterbalance forklift licence
• Able to work a physical manual job
• Available to start early October 2025 to then progress to a permanent job by the end of 2025

‍Importance is placed on the right person with commitment and sense of pride in their work and place in the team, therefore if you do not have a Forklift Licence but are an experienced Operative wanting a career supported by a business, that will provide you with the training to qualify for a FLT licence, the client will support you.
