We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded E-commerce/SEO Coordinator to support the continued growth of our Hereford based clients’ online sales channels. This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of their e-commerce website, digital marketing activity, and online product catalogue.

Working closely with the wider business, you will help drive website performance through effective use of SEO, paid advertising, data analysis, and online merchandising. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with digital marketing platforms, interpreting performance data, and identifying opportunities to improve traffic, conversions, and customer engagement.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing who enjoys combining analytical thinking with practical execution to deliver measurable business results.

You can expect:

• Salary: £35,00 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Permanent and full time
• Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday- Friday – office based (30minutes for lunch)

What you will be doing:

• Full management of the e-commerce website, including overall web presence
• Day-to-day running of the website and online product catalogue
• Ownership of all paid advertising channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads (Meta)
• SEO management and ongoing optimisation
• Product updates and online merchandising
• Market and competitor analysis, including pricing optimisation
• Control and manage spend to stay within budget

What we are looking for:

• Prior experience as a decision maker within an e-commerce function
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and take appropriate action
• Confident producing clear, accurate reports and working within established frameworks
• Commercially aware with experience of achieving KPIs such as ROAS
• Good understanding of AI tools and their application within digital marketing, SEO, and content creation
• Proactive and committed to improving e-commerce performance and driving growth
• Willing to learn whilst contributing new ideas and continuous improvements
• Enthusiastic about automation and identifying efficiency improvements and scalability
• Able to identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Highly motivated, curious, and analytical, with a willingness to challenge assumptions and seek better ways of working
