We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our rural west Leominster client on a full time, permanent basis. This is an ideal opportunity for a confident customer focused candidate with existing IT skills, to join a fast-paced, hardworking team within the manufacturing industry.
Acting as the voice of the customer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships by monitoring order process, responding to queries, and providing clear information to customers.
