What you can expect

• Full-time role, based in Herefordshire
• £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
• Monday – Friday with hybrid working

What you will be doing

• Creating, filming, and editing engaging video content for Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and more
• Sharing behind-the-scenes stories from the farm and wellness lifestyle content
• Managing content across all major and emerging social platforms
• Collaborating with influencers and creators to expand reach
• Showcasing stories of regenerative farming, health, and natural living
• Bringing fresh, artistic flair to all digital output

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in filming, editing and designing content for mobile-first platforms
• Strong understanding of social media trends, memes, and platform-specific engagement
• Confidence working independently and driving creative ideas
• Comfortable in rural settings and able to communicate globally relevant messages
• Passion or interest in health, nutrition, sustainability, or nature
