We are working with a growing business based in Hereford looking to appoint an ambitious Business Development Executive on a permanent, full-time basis. What You Will Be Doing
• Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets
• Re-engaging with dormant and lapsed accounts through professional and strategic sales activity
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers
• Managing and progressing a sales pipeline to maximise conversion opportunities
• Maintaining accurate CRM and ERP records to support effective sales management
• Following up leads, quotations and enquiries in a timely and commercially focused manner
• Delivering a high standard of customer service and professional communication throughout the sales process
• Collaborating with internal teams to support wider business growth objectives
• Working towards individual and team sales targets and performance KPIs
What We Are Looking For
• Previous experience within business development, sales, account management or a similar commercial role
• A confident and professional communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially aware
• Ability to manage workload effectively within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems
• A proactive approach with the confidence to engage customers and identify opportunities
• Positive team player with the ability to work independently when required
