We are working with a fast-growing, purpose-led food and drink organisation for a Brand Executive. This is a fantastic and varied role where you’ll learn how products go from farm to shelf. They are looking for a great communicator with a genuine passion for health, wellness and sustainability, to join their growing Herefordshire team on their growth journey

What you can expect

• Salary: £25,000–£30,000 + bonus
• Working hours: 9am -5.00pm – Monday to Friday                         
• Hybrid working with regular travel to Herefordshire
• Work closely with the Marketing Lead and Founders
• Progression opportunities within a purpose-led company

What you will be doing

• Supporting account management and customer service for key retailers and wholesalers
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of new business pitches
• Conducting store visits to check availability, visibility, and build relationships with store teams
• Collaborating with Marketing on promotions, campaigns and customer support
• Analysing sales data and performance to identify growth opportunities
• Representing the brand at trade shows, events and sampling activations

What we are looking for

• A genuine passion in food, wellness or sustainability
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Highly organised, dependable and able to multitask effectively
• Competent across Microsoft 360 including Excel and Outlook
• Strong initiative and a can-do attitude
• A valid UK driving licence is essential with a willingness to travel
