We are looking for Assembly Technicians on a full-time, temporary basis for an exciting prototype build project in Herefordshire.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside engineers to assemble and test builds as they come to life. No prior experience in electronics is required, but good hand dexterity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential.

You will be building precision assemblies, helping turn concepts into real, working technology. If you have ever enjoyed hands-on hobbies like model building, crafts, or working with small components, this could be a great role for you.

What you can expect:

• Hourly rate: £13.82 per hour
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with a paid lunch break
• Immediate start with structured onboarding and training
• The chance to work directly with exciting new and developing technology

• Temporary basis, however successful candidates may be considered for future permanent opportunities

What you will be doing:

• Putting parts together by following clear instructions and simple drawings
• Using tools to build, adjust, and fit components
• Helping with basic wiring and small electronic parts when needed
• Checking your work to make sure everything is built correctly and to a high standard
• Highlighting any problems you spot and working with engineers to fix them
• Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe

What we are looking for:

• Great attention to detail
• Someone who takes pride in doing quality work
• Comfortable reading simple technical drawings
• A reliable team player who can also work independently
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Any hands-on assembly or workshop experience is helpful but not essential
• Experience with mechanical or basic electrical assembly is also advantageous
• An interest in electronics or circuit boards is a bonus
