We are working with a respected and expanding company in south Herefordshire. They are currently seeking to recruit for a service hand which offers a competitive training rate which increases after training.

Role

Supply compounds and cords to the presses and collect gaskets from the presses

Keeping the clean and tidy work environment

labelling, scanning, monitoring supply levels

Organising of material supply to ensure smooth operation

Able to organise and prioritise the work load

Able to communicate effectively

Pay rate

£10.51 per hour for training of6-8 weeks, rising to £11.04 per hour after training.

Extra benefits after 1 year service which includes increased pay of £11.36 per hour, extra holidays and medical insurance scheme.

Working hours - 07:00 - 19:00 /19:00 - 07:00 4/4 off rotating days and nights

This is a temporary to permanent role transferring as a permanent member of the team after 12 successful weeks working through Recruitment Direct
