We are recruiting for an Operations Assistant/Warehouse to join the small hardworking team of our Presteigne based client.

What you can expect:

• A competitive salary of £25k per annum
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Discreet bonus

The successful candidate will be proactive, switched on, with good attention to detail, good hand to eye coordination, and a willingness to learn. Although full training will be provided, candidates must be computer literate with existing administration skills.

Duties:

• Handling and processing client orders in the office and delivering to the warehouse floor picking/packing team
• Strong client service interaction, responding to stock queries, placing reserves and ordering more stock from suppliers
• A deep involvement in the implementation of improved systems and processes
• Ability to handle different software systems comfortably

Person specification:

• Must have previous experience within a similar role
• Keen eye for attention and detail
• Computer literate
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Driving licence due to rural location
