Our north Hereford based client requires an experienced Customer Services Coordinator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to assist the department supervisor in the day-to-day operation of the business. Overseeing the daily operations of Engineers from planned maintenance and reactive tasks to quoted jobs. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who enjoys dealing with customers and providing solutions to problems.

 What you can expect:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00am – 5.00pm with an earlier finish on a Friday, you will also be required to cover an 8am – 4pm for one week in six.
• 33 days holidays including bank holidays
• Starting salary £26’300 per annum

What you will be doing:

• Be the main point of contact, supporting our engineers and clients with clear communication, resource planning, and swift problem-solving for urgent tasks.
• Work closely with the larger team to manage and allocate skills based on skillsets, availability, routes, and customer preferences.
• Raise and allocate service orders, procure parts, and schedule maintenance efficiently
• Take customer calls and provide outstanding service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
• Order and manage parts for quoted and maintenance works, making sure everything’s ready for our engineers’ visits.

What you will need:

• Previous customer facing experience and administration experience
• Excellent IT skills including use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office package
• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and concise communication style
• Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work well within a team
