Our rural Ludlow based client are recruiting for a part time Accounts Administrator on a temporary basis.

Required 3 days per week to suit (Monday-Thursday)

Hours:

0900-1700 (potentially flexible)

Responsibilities:

• Credit control
• Bank reconciliation
• Creating statement of accounts for customers on a monthly basis
• Processing orders
• Processing payments
• Cover for colleagues when on annual leave
• General office administration

The ideal candidate will have:

• A good understanding of Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
• Full knowledge of SAGE and VAT is essential
• Experience of financial software and bookkeeping, though not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• An ability to take on new tasks with enthusiasm
• Team working skills
