Our Training Service

All of our courses focus on what an organisation really needs to know, including legal obligations and examples of best practice. Although dealing with subjects that are often serious in nature, courses are designed to allow participants to enjoy themselves whilst learning, thereby maximising the benefits for both employer and employee

Recruitment Direct Training Services deliver training in two different ways:

Option 1:

Open Course

We arrange the venue, refreshments etc. and you simply book as many spaces as you require for any specific date available.

Option 2:

In House

We will come to your place of work (or suitable venue arranged by you) and deliver the training to your staff exclusively. Courses can then be tailored to meet your particular needs.

The maximum number of places on these courses is usually 16 (there are some exceptions so please enquire).

Trainer travelling costs are included in the price to within a 15 mile radius of Leominster.
