Responsible for a team of 3 telesales advisors the purpose of this role is to generate increased work instructions through personal contact with small to medium sized prospects together with the successful set up and ongoing management of the telesales unit.

This position requires strong, effective customer and people management skills and the role holder will need to demonstrate considerable experience in these areas. A proven track record of managing telesales teams is highly desirable as is a record of achieving stretched sales targets. Highly organised with effective time management skills and a clear ability to meet strict deadlines. The selection process will involve role play, presentation, an interview and a group excersise.

We are looking for candidates with proven abilities in coaching and man management.  Experience as a team leader/manager would be a great advantage.  You must be able to monitor, motivate and assess staff daily.  You must be capable of writing reports with a high level of clarity.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential and experience of a CRM system would be useful.  You will be required to make PowerPoint presentations to Senior Managers and Board Directros.

Must be able to produce evidence of past and current success within last or current role.
