We are seeking a versatile person who can competently deal with the following three aspects of the job:
PHASE 1
Initially you will be required to handle the purchase ledger, reconciliation, bank reconciliation, nominal ledger, telephone work, filing and general administrative duties.
PHASE 2
You will be trained as a vehicle administrator using the company's bespoke system. Dealing with in-house technicians, ensuring they have calculated the correct costings. A tenacious nature and a methodical approach is required for this aspect.
PHASE 3
Marketing, production of newsletter and updating of website and mailshots. A good use of grammar is required.
Phases 2 & 3 will be introduced gradually.
The starting salary for this particular role starts at £14,500 but will increase in relation to your duties.
A 37.5 week including every 1 in 3 Saturday 9.00am-12.30pm.
